We led the project from investment round to opening in five months. We leased about 40 commercial units off-plan, before construction was complete — 18 of them on major investment leases — every unit in the project except two, in one of the hardest markets to convince. The destination was officially inaugurated by HRH the Emir of Qassim Region and visited by H.E. the Minister of Tourism.
The project spent years on an investment model that was not delivering. We rebuilt the investment model from scratch, and more than 70% of the project’s activities were contracted for operation while it is still under construction.
In six weeks we fully automated the firm’s operations on Murafaa, the system we built, and restructured its management, finance and authorities — the firm now runs on systems and numbers.
